Johns Hopkins Medicine Social Media—Connecting People with the Promise of Medicine

Live Social Media Chats—Meeting Directly with Experts Across Johns Hopkins Medicine:

Crisis Communication Issues and Response to Customer Complaints:

Communications to Consumers, Referring Physicians and Internal Audiences: The samples below are shown from my current position, marketing project administrator, covering the Department of Surgery and the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I wrote copy and laid out the pieces, and the creative was done in-house by our professional graphic designers.

Marketing Collaterals: ‘Take-one Card’ promoting the Johns Hopkins Lung Cancer Program, sent to referring physicians, along with an accompanying letter from the group’s leadership.

Web Content Strategy: In my current role I work closely with the Internet Strategy and Web Services team to develop copy and ensure our websites are up-to-date. Recently our Web team updated the Johns Hopkins Lung Cancer Program website (see below) and I played a key role in meeting with faculty to discuss the project, reviewing content on the site, and moving the project forward.
