I am currently the sales and marketing director leading an effective business team for Boeing's Strategic Fabrication Center in Heath Ohio. This center is responsible for the avionics, navigation systems repair, missile guidance repair and production, C4ISR products, assembly, integration & test, and RF antenna repairs. In 2014 I led a team responsible for winning two sole source contracts from the USAF totaling over $444 million. In 2015 our annual sales exceeded division plans by over 10% and in 2016 forecasted to exceed by 12%. I commanded a staff of nearly 200 military, government civilians and contractors directly responsible for the maintenance, development, integration & testing, and sustainment of U.S. Navy, Foreign Military Sales and Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense computer programs. Managed a $2 million repair budget. Selected as to revamp a problematic training organization.
