her knowledge and experience of mindfulness into an effective approach for her students. for eight years, rebecca taught professional development seminars for teachers seeking to utilize mindfulness-Based Stress reduction skills with children. after 17 years of teaching and performing, rebecca earned an mS degree in clinical counseling at the University of Southern maine.In 1999, rebecca co-founded the mindfulness retreat Center of maine with her husband, terry fralich. rebecca has a private counseling practice for children, adolescents and families and also offers extended residential mindfulness retreats at the Center. She has taught many workshops throughout the country and teaches mindfulness-Based Stress reduction programs for schools and corporations, including ll Bean and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. a professional musician, rebecca has recorded 3 CD’s of original music and a guided meditation CD.
