New Pathway
UKCC Level 1
UKCC Level 2 Training
Benefits of new scheme
The new pathway allows easier access onto the CI2 course.
To become a 4* Leader you now do 7 courses instead of 8 or 9.
The new scheme allows a participant to predominantly stay within a chosen discipline.
The pathway past (CI1) negates the need to obtain a second 3* award.
Logistically it’s easier for both the individual and JSMTC.
Possibly a better CI2!
