Call for Papers We will take a positive and constructive attitude to cross-cultural bioethics, which is needed in light of the afronts to the value of life that our world is experiencing. This follows up a tradition of international bioethics roundtables that are held in all plenary sessions, with active times for discussion, that have been occuring in Tsukuba and Kumamoto regualrly since 1992. Additional nights can be reserved. In case you are traveling alone you can request to be in a twin share. Please note that the shinkansen train is 90 minutes between Tokyo station and Sendai, and you are encouraged to send you full travel details so that we can assist you. Slower trains also are available at a lower fare but take more time. One group will be departing about 1pm from Tokyo JR Station with Darryl Macer on the 23rd August. Participants to both events can register for Postgraduate Credit and Continuing Professional Education Hours from American University of Sovereign Nations (AUSN).
