◊ Where?Where?Where?Where? Talks are held, except as noted, at the Soldiers’, Sailors’, Marines’, Coast Guard and Airmen’s Club, at 283 Lexington Avenue, between 36th and 37th Streets in midtown Manhattan.

NYMAS is devoted to increasing public knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the interrelationship of war, society, and culture, through the presentation and dissemination of diverse scholarly viewpoints. We cover a broad range of topics, including cur-rent events, military history, arms control, inter-national relations, defense policy, disarmament, civil-military relations, international security, and veterans’ affairs.
