As a Health Information Privacy/Security Specialist, you will be responsible for:- Ensuring the privacy and security of health information flowing within the organization,

- Ensuring the proper implementation and integration of business processes and information technology to achieve business strategies and requirements in a secure manner,

- Conducting information privacy and security awareness and training to educate employees on risks and risk management,

- Performing ongoing information risk assessments and audits to ensure that information systems are adequately protected and meet federal and state requirements,

- Collaborating with vendors, consultants, and other external parties to improve privacy and security compliance within the organization,

- Supporting the Director of Information Privacy and Security, in leading an incident response team to contain, investigate, and prevent security breaches in a timely manner,

- Participating in the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance monitoring of all business associate agreements,
