ONE BOARDING POINT WITH FREE PARKING – For a quick start and smooth end to the day,there is just one boarding point, the car park at our premises near Henley. It is safe, secure, well litand you can park all day here free of charge. Directions: Our premises are situated one mile north ofHenley, on the A3400, travelling towards Birmingham. Upon arrival, enter via the ‘Entrance’ gatewayand follow the signs for ‘Express Parking’. For passengers being dropped off and collected later, thereis ample space.

TRAVEL IN COMFORT – All coaches used on Express Excursions will be from our top class touringfleet, equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats and toilet.

NO SMOKING – Enjoy a great atmosphere! Please remember that we operate a nosmoking policy on all coaches.

We will then send you aconfirmation/receipt which is also your ticket for the excursion. If payment is not received within this time, your bookingwill be cancelled.

ONE BOARDING POINT WITH FREE PARKING – For a quick start and smooth end to the day,there is just one boarding point, the car park at our premises near Henley. It is safe, secure, well litand you can park all day here free of charge. Directions: Our premises are situated one mile north ofHenley, on the A3400, travelling towards Birmingham. Upon arrival, enter via the ‘Entrance’ gatewayand follow the signs for ‘Express Parking’. For passengers being dropped off and collected later, thereis ample space.

TRAVEL IN COMFORT – All coaches used on Express Excursions will be from our top class touringfleet, equipped with air conditioning, reclining seats and toilet.

NO SMOKING – Enjoy a great atmosphere! Please remember that we operate a nosmoking policy on all coaches.

so up to 2 working days prior to departure. All monies paid by passengers will be refunded and following that, weshall be exempt from further liability.

(b) By the Passenger – You may cancel your booking at any time, subject to these conditions:(i) With more than 2 working days prior to departure you will receive a refund of £5.00 per person.

(ii) With less than 2 working days notice, the £18 per person fare is non-refundable.
