y In 2007 I began selling computers for Dell, and then in 2008 I began repairing computers. I began at aToshiba facility, repairing recently returned notebook computers and notebooks that belonged tocustomers. I moved to a local computer store, Computers Plus, where I continued repairing notebookcomputers and desktop computers. After Computers Plus, I began at Geek Squad City, a computer repair center located in Brooks Kentucky. There I focused on several notebook brands, such as Gateway, Dell,HP, and Apple. I remained at Geek Squad City for over two years.

Silverlight, and I have created several designs for two internal applications. I have experience with theSDLC, in both waterfall and agile (scrum) methodologies. I have participated in requirements gathering byspeaking to the business users, and design sessions with developers.
