Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Biltmore was built in 1924 and is one of Atlanta’s most prominent landmarks. The hotel was designed by the architecture firm Shultze and Weaver, who also designed such legendary hotels as The Breakers in Palm Beach, New York’s Waldorf-Astoria, The Pierre, and The Sherry-Netherland.

In 1999, the Biltmore underwent a total renovation, transforming the former grand hotel into a combination of loft-style office space, retail and special event space.

Today, this classic adaptive re-use project offers Class A office space in a grand, historic setting. A striking combination of turn-of-the-century detail and modern design, the Biltmore boasts 11 floors plus an arcade-level of office space, two ballrooms and two restaurants, Atwoods and Cypress. The 12-story landmark features 22,900 square foot floor plates, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, multi-level covered parking, on-site property management and 24/7 security.

The Biltmore has approximately 290,000 square feet of loft office, retail and ballroom space situated directly across West Peachtree Street from Technology Square, a multi-block segment of the Georgia Tech campus that is home to the Scheller College of Business, the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center, the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center, and the Advanced Technology Development Center.
