Acts 24:14-15 I believe everything that agrees with the Law and that is written in the Prophets, and I have the same hope in God as these men, that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked.

23 In hell, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. 24 So he called to him, 'Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.'

Jesus’ description of hell

Mt 8:12 But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Mt 13:41-42 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will weed out of His kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. They will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Jesus’ description of hell

Mark 9:47-48 And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell, where “their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.”

Mt. 25:41 Then He will say to those on his left, “Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.”

Luke 16:19-31

25 "But Abraham replied, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony.

ABC’s of salvation

Admit honestly to God that you have sinned and disobeyed Him.

Believe Jesus died on the Cross and rose again. His blood was shed to pay for your sins.

Confess Jesus as your Lord (boss) and Savior. Commit to live for Him instead of for yourself.

"I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me will live,

even though he dies.”—Jesus, John 11:25

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables Him to bring everything under His control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like His glorious body.
