1. Set up the machine on a stand so that thefront tires are suspended. Remove the two-postROPS and the front tires from the machine. Also remove the operator platform support.

2. Take the rear firewall panel upholstery, andmove it into position on the front of the enginehood. Make sure that the top the upholstery is 1” away from the groove in the hood (1), and 3”away on the bottom of the left side (2). Once ithas been located properly glue it into position. See Figures 1 and 2

3. Take the 1” x 1” NDAX, peel of the backingand place it on the machine starting on the rightside between the console and the engine hood(3). Work your way down until you reach theseatbelt mount. See Figure 3.

4. Take the ¼” x 2” NDAX, peel of the backingand place it on the seat pan mount starting at theback near the seatbelt mount (4), and work yourway forward. See Figure 4.

5. Move to the cab and begin putting on theO-rubber around all of the edges of the shielding. Start with the rear shield. Begin putting on the180° O-rubber (5) starting and the lower leftcorner of the shield and work your way aroundthe edge until you reach the lower right corner ofthe shield. See Figure 5.

6. Next move to the right side enclosure shield. Start putting 180° O-rubber (6) onto the lowerrear edge of the shield and work your wayforward until you reach the front enclosureshield. Continue around the front enclosure

shield until you reach the lower left edge. SeeFigure 6.

7. Move to the right tank shield and beginattaching 90° O-rubber (7) along the front insideedge and working your way around to the rear ofthe shield. See Figure 6.

8. Take the ½” x ¾” NDAX (8), peel off thebacking and place it along the left side insideedge, underneath the cab. Start at the front of the cab and work your way down and back. SeeFigure 7.

9. Take the left rear bracket (9) and move it into position over the two-post mount (10). Securethe bracket loosely into place using the samehardware used for the two-post (11). See Figure8.

10. Repeat step 9 for the right rear bracket on theright side.

11. Two 9/16” holes must be drilled into the leftfront axle support bracket on the machine. Measure and mark one hole center ¾” down and 1” over. Measure and mark the other hole center3 ½” off of the first center. See Figure 9.

12. Repeat step 11 for the right hand side.

13. Take the left front mounting bracket (12) and position it under the operator platform over theleft front axle support. Make sure that the holesin the bracket line up with the ones just drilled inthe axle support. Take the left front bracketsupport and place it behind the front mount sothat all four holes line up. Take the ½” x 5” hexbolts and bolt on the lower two holes for the front bracket (13). Take the supplied ½” x 1 ½” hexbolts and bolt on the upper two holes of the front

bracket (14). Once all four bolts are in place,loosely tighten them all up by hand. See Figure10.

14. Repeat step 13 for the right front bracket andsupport.

15. Measure and mark the hole locations on thetop of the operator platform. On the left sidelocate the hole 8” from the front ridge of theplatform going straight back. Do the same forthe right side. The distance between the holesshould end up being 40 5/16” on center of themachine with and equal distance from the leftand right inside edge of the platform (15). Once

they have been located drill a 11/16” hole in both spots. See Figure 11.

16. Take the rubber isolators and place one overeach of the front and rear mounts. Make surethat all the holes line up correctly. Lift the cabusing a chain or strap from behind the B - postwith a hoist, over the machine. Position the cabover the operator platform and lower it slowlyuntil it is sitting on the rubber isolators. Securethe cab loosely into place using the four 5/8” x 3½” hex bolts.

17. Make sure that the cab is centered on themachine correctly and tighten up all boltssnugly.

18. Take the LH under hood shield (16) and put180°O-rubber (17) along the inside edge. Movethe shield into position at the back of the frame,on the left side of the cab, with the O-rubberagainst the hood of the machine. Secure theshield into place using two self-tap screws (18). See Figure 12.

19. Once the cab has been installed, take the LHfender floormat and move it into place over topof the left side fender of the machine. Make surethat the outside edge is up against the inside of

the cab. Once it has been properly located, glueit into place.

20. Repeat step 19 for the right side.

21. Remove the floor panel plug button from themachine. Take the floormat and move it intoposition on the deck of the machine. Glue it intoplace on the platform. Do not glue within the slit section in front of the operators seat to maintainaccess under the platform (19). Make sure thatall holes and cuts in the floormat line up with allof the corresponding cuts and holes on themachine. Insert one 2” plug button (20) into thehole where the machine plug button came from. See Figure 13.

22. Take the retractable seatbelt and attach it tothe seatbelt bracket (21) on the lower left side ofthe cab. See Figure 14.

23. To mount the optional front washer tankbracket, measure and mark the locations for theholes to be drilled. In the second section of thehood, measure 2 ¾” from the top of the grooveand make sure that the marks are spaced 3 ½”apart. Drill a ¼” hole in each location. Securethe tank bracket into place using the two ¼” x ¾” flange bolts and two ¼” flange nuts. (22) SeeFigure 15. Take the washer tank (23) and attach

it to the bracket using the supplied hardware. See Figure 16. Attach the wires and hose fromthe cab to the washer tank. Replace the groundwire with the black wire running from the cab.

24. For the optional rear washer tank locate theholes using the same dimensions as the frontwasher, but on the right side and one sectionfurther back. Attach the bracket and the tank thesame way. Run the rear washer wires and hosefrom the left side of the cab to the right acrossthe bottom of the fuel tank and along the insideedge of the hood (24). Attach the wires and thehose the same way. See Figure 17.

25. For connecting the power wire, disconnectthe negative battery terminal. Install the breakerto the breaker mount on the engine (25). Attachthe power jumper from the power source to thebreaker (26). See Figure 18. Take the cabground wire and attach it to the machine groundlocated on the left side of the machine,underneath the solenoid (27). See Figure 19. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.

26. To attach the signal flasher. Drill a 7/16”hole in the left hand side of the console. Routethe wires from the front of the cab down to thesteering column and through the joint betweenthe console and the boot (28). See Figure 20. Run the wire through the console and out thehole just drilled in the left side of the console. Attach the flasher mount to the left side of theconsole using the bolts already being used (29). Attach the flasher switch to the mount and attach the wires. See Figure 21.

27. For hooking up the heater, lift the hood of the machine and drain the anti-freeze from the unit. Cut the machine radiator hose approximately 2”from the bend. Remove the machine sendingunit.

28. Take the ½” N.P.T. nipple and turn it intoone end of the ½” N.P.T. coupler tee (30). Remember to use a water sealant materialaround all threads. Attach the machine sendingunit to the other end (31). Place the piece intothe port that the sending unit was removed from.

Make sure that the center port of the tee ispositioned up and insert the ½” x 3/8” 180°N.P.T. bushing into it (32). Attach the pressurehose to the bushing. See Figure 22.

29. Take the 1 3/8” hose splicer (33) and attachthe 3/8” x 5/8” fitting to it (34). Remember touse a water sealant material around the threads. Attach the splicer to the cut radiator hose usingtwo HS-20 hose clamps (35). Attach the suctionhose to the splicer. See Figure 23.

30. Ensure that all connections are tight and fill in anti-freeze.

31. Open the water valve approximatelyhalfway, using the rotary control cable in theswitch plate of the cab, and turn on the fan. Start the unit and run at PTO rpm for 5 minutes. Check for leaks and add antifreeze as required.

32.Start the unit again and drive at PTO rpm for a few minutes to remove any air trapped in theheater hose. Stop the unit again, check theantifreeze and add as required. If the heater stilldoes not heat, your unit will probably require anauxiliary water pump to help in watercirculation.
