Recruiters at Jobspring are technology hiring experts. Every Jobspring recruiter specializes

in a particular type of technical talent – open source engineering, .NET engineering, or

networks and infrastructure – and maintains expert knowledge of the latest trends in that

area of technology.

Team-Based Recruiting The individual reach of each of our recruiters is extended considerably by the fact that we

approach every assignment we take on as a team of recruitment and technology experts.

We work together in teams of five or six, taking collective action and sharing resources to fill

jobs more quickly, and with a higher level of talent, than just about any other firm.

Recruitment Is Sales“Recruitment is sales” is a common mantra at Jobspring. We believe that successful

recruitment involves sales skills at every step in the process. The sales mentality is critical to

filling your open position with the best fit and the highest talent level possible. Well-

qualified candidates get multiple job offers and often need to be “closed.” We can close

them. Our clients have the security of knowing they have a strong shot at attracting the best

talent available for their open position.

Highly EfficientNot only do we fill positions with talent that’s extraordinarily well-suited for our clients’

needs, we also do it quickly, especially compared to other recruitment firms. Typically we

can fill a position in two weeks or less. For certain positions in certain markets, it may only

take a day or two.

have met with them in person, and unless we believe that they could be exactly the person

Beyond the ChecklistLots of recruiting firms – maybe even most recruiting firms – treat the recruitment process as a

simple checklist-driven task. Technology recruitment is particularly prone to this approach. Two

years SharePoint experience? Check. SQL fluency? Check. Microsoft certified? Check…. and

you’re hired.

Not so at Jobspring. Do we use lists of required skills in our work? Of course. But we never stop

there. Simply completing a checklist doesn’t create the total hiring value our clients expect

out of us.
