_Work on tasks and assignments dealing with the daily operation, use, and configuration of currently deployed Blackboard Learn system. !_Collaborate with ITS in the configuration, maintenance, documentation, and support of hosted services in a production environment. !_Participate in the integration (planning, testing, and implementation) of new technologies including Blackboard Learn updates and third-party supporting products. !_Serve as an escalation contact for support issues, including interactions with Blackboard Learn and other vendor support services. !_Create, manage, and enforce LMS standards, policies, and procedures. !_Provide high quality customer service. !_Provide knowledge transfer of Blackboard Learn skills for redundant and future support. !_Serves as a consultant in LMS products, functionality development methodology and application. !_Responsible for resolving technical concerns in all master, active and inactive courses supported by the Virtual Campus. !_Works one-on-one and in groups with faculty and staff to assist in the creation of courses, and services. !_Provides in-person, online, and telephone technical support to faculty teaching online, hybrid and face-to-face courses supported by the Virtual Campus. !_Monitors appropriate usage by instructors of copyrighted materials, and conveys current information concerning copyright laws. !

_Continuously analyses and evaluates implementation process and establishes procedures and time table. !_Responsible for batch creation of courses in LMS. !_Responsible for individual course creation in LMS !_Responsible for populating course Masters into active/live courses. !_Responsible for enrolling individual users into live LMS courses. !_Responsible for batch enrollment of users into LMS courses. !_Responsible for proper user rights assignment to maintain proper system security. Other Functions: _Assists in digital content implementation into LMS environment of master and live courses. !_Assists with design, development and analysis of master courses. !_Assists with maintenance and modifications of existing course masters. !_Assists with development of documentation and analysis tools and advises on best practices in digital content implementation. !_Collaborates, actively assists and consults the Virtual Campus !_Production team during any LMS dysfunction, to plan and manage resolutions in live courses. !_Trains Virtual Campus staff in LMS system administration roles, and serves as a consultant to the Student Services Coordinators in their assistance to students.
