Job Description for the position of Industrial Controller:

Acting as Industrial Controller of a new JV, controlled by Gucci and located 60 kilometers away from

Belgrade (Ruma), she/he will be the on - site finance key point of reference for Headquarters in Florence.

Key Accountabilities

Monthly Reporting to Florence Headquarters

Organization Budget and Forecast process

Audit on finance process and compliance in general

Overview on Legal Compliance

Knowledge of statutory/fiscal regulatory Serbian law

Overview on general accounting, statutory financial statements and fiscal compliance

Cost Accounting Analysis and profitability analysis

Financial analysis, cash flow forecasting

Job Requirements :

Masters Degree in Management, Economics or BA

Previous experience - at least 5/6 years - in Audit Companies with preferable expertise in

industrial companies audit or as financial controller in Industrial Companies

Excellent MS Office

Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Hyperion/Oracle, JDE, AS400 would be a plus

Languages: Fluent Serbian and Italian or English

Flexibility, spirit of initiative
