17. CONDENSATE DRAIN LINES RUNNING HORIZONTALLY SHALL BE SLOPED 1/8" PER FOOT DOWN IN THE DIRECTION OF FLOW. ALL AIR CONDITIONING CONDENSATEDRAIN LINES FROM EACH AIR HANDLING UNIT SHALL BE PIPED FULL SIZE OF THE UNIT DRAIN OUTLET WITH A "P" TRAP AND PIPED TO NEAREST DRAIN.

18. ALL FCU'S, EXHAUST FANS AND DAMPERS ABOVE CEILING SHALL BE ACCESSIBLE. 5. COORDINATE DIFFUSER, REGISTER, AND GRILLE LOCATIONS WITH ARCHITECTURAL REFLECTED CEILING PLANS, LIGHTING, AND OTHER CEILING ITEMSAND MAKE MINOR DUCT MODIFICATIONS TO SUIT.

6. ALL AIR HANDLING UNITS SHALL OPERATE WITHOUT MOISTURE CARRYOVER.

7. LOCATE ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (FAN COIL UNITS, COILS, AND EXHAUST FANS) FOR UNOBSTRUCTED ACCESS TO UNIT ACCESS PANELS, CONTROLSAND VALVING.

8. PROVIDE FLEXIBLE CONNECTIONS IN ALL DUCTWORK SYSTEMS (SUPPLY, RETURN, AND EXHAUST) CONNECTED TO FAN COIL UNITS, FANS, AND OTHEREQUIPMENT WHICH REQUIRE VIBRATION ISOLATION. FLEXIBLE CONNECTIONS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT THE POINT OF CONNECTION TO THE EQUIPMENTUNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.

9. UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, ALL DUCTWORK IS OVERHEAD, AS CLOSE TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE STRUCTURE, CONSIDERING PIPING IS ABOVE WITHSPACE FOR INSULATION IF REQUIRED.

10. RUNS OF FLEXIBLE DUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED 7'-0" IN LENGTH OF FLEXIBLE DUCT.

11. ALL DUCTWORK SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH ALL TRADES INVOLVED. OFFSETS IN DUCTS, INCLUDING DIVIDED DUCTS AND TRANSITIONS AROUNDOBSTRUCTIONS, SHALL BE PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.
