However, please note, there is milling included on Plan Sheet 4 for the Highway 10 location referenced in the question. Question: There are a few section numbers that appear to be incorrect on the quantity sheet. Please verify. - Lonoke County Rte. 5 Sec 102 A LM 6.68 – 7.28 - Sebastian County I-540 Sec 165 A LM 0.00 – 0.30 - Pulaski County I-40 Sec 23 A LM 143.16 – 144.16 Answer: The Lonoke County Section should be Section 12 and the Pulaski County Section should be 33. An addendum will be issued to revise this. The Sebastian County Section is 165 (NB exit ramp 6, Grand Ave.). Question: There are no pay items for traffic control. Will there be any pay items added for traffic control or will it all fall under the 1 L.S. for Maintenance of Traffic? Answer: No additional traffic control items will be added. All traffic control devices are considered subsidiary to the Maintenance of Traffic pay item. Question: In regards to the asphalt patching, is it the intent to do full depth asphalt patching in the concrete at each location.

    Answer: Yes, full depth asphalt patching in concrete pavements assuming 12” depth. Question: Please clarify the following table, on sheet #6 of the plans. Will 12.5mm 76-22 mix be allowed instead of the 9.5mm 76-22 for surface paving in District 9 in Washington County on I-49? 12.5mm or (1/2”) is the industry standard ACHM Surface Mix. The basis of estimate at the bottom of the table shows ACHM surface course calculated upon (1/2”) as well, not (3/8”). Answer: The minimum lift for ½” aggregate surface course is 2”. Because the leveling is on ramps and the lift thickness being less than 2”, it has been determined that 3/8” would be used. The note at the bottom of the Base & Surfacing box has been corrected by addendum.
