Tower 1 is a Grade A building, and climbs 45 storeys with 12 passenger lifts. Tower 2 features 41 storeys, and a basement car park accommodates approximately 35 vehicles. Plentiful public car parks are also available nearby. The Far East Finance Centre, Admiralty Centre and Bank of America Tower are all in close proximity. Walking into Central district takes only a few minutes, while trams and the MTR interchange are close at hand.
