HOW is MICROFIBER MADE ？

JINTEX microfiber products are made by conjugated yarn of polyamide ( Nylon-6 ) 20％

and polyester 80％. This conjugated yarn is generally 2 denier per filament. This

conjugated yarn is later separated into 16 micro filaments by special treatment ( Draw

Texture and Caustic Treatment ; Caustic dissolve approx. 10% of Polyester ) so that the

conjugated yarn becomes to ultra fine microfiber and the polyester fiber tunes into

triangular cross section as fig-2. Finally the filament's denier is approximate 0.13 denier

per filament. ( 1 denier means that 9,000meters yarn's weight is 1gram ). It means 100

times thinner than a human hair.

WHAT is CHARACTER of MICROFIBER CLEANING CLOTH ？

Microfiber cleaning cloth is made of very very thin 2 kind of synthetic resin yarn

( Polyester & Polyamide ). And it has a lot of capillary so that it has a capillary effect.

Also Polyester's cross section is triangular so that the cleaning effect is higher than any

other cleaning cloth ( As fig-3 & fig-4 )

Easy to pick up the dirt, dust. Hard to escape and no strains. ( Polyester yarn’s cross section is triangular sharp )

◇ ABSORPTION & QUICK DRY ;

Save the cleaning working time ( Yarn thickness is ultra fine ( 0.13 Denier per filament ) so that it has a lot of capillary )

◇ SOFT TOUCH ;

Protect lens from scratching. ( 100 times thinner than a human hair )

◇ ENVIRONMENT ;

No necessary any chemical detergents. ( Miracle cleaning effect, microfiber cleaning cloth needs water, only )

HOW to USE ？

JINTEX microfiber cleaning cloth is very simple to use ( It can use in WET or DRY )

① Spray the clean water on the surface to clean

② Wipe the surface with light sweeps

③ Wash it in mild soapy water

④ Rinse it ( Do not use Chlorine Bleach or Softener )

⑤ Dry the cloth to the air ( Do not use Iron )

1. MICROFIBER SUEDE - Woven Type

It is specially processed using raising, shearing and other processes. Therefore, its

softness and dust removing power are guaranteed. It is a multi-purpose cleaning cloth

for almost every part of your house such as kitchen sinks, ovens, furniture and

automobiles and it can even be used as a sports towel.
