MANAGERIAL COMUNICATION

Managerial Communication involves two partners: the manager and the subordinate or its collaborator. Both partners can follow transmitter or receiver and equally as through communication to facilitate achieving the targets. Personality manager often inhibit communication between the two partners. It is important to determine what role each plays in the process of communication, which are their obligations.

The basic principle

The basic principle of ethics in communication is to treat subordinates as people, so as rational beings, free, conscious masters of their lives. Factors that determine a communication management ethics are government regulations, codes of ethics, regulations features organization and the individual.

Ethics in Managerial Communication

Indifference by managers of social system in an organization communicate meets eight functions: information, socialization, motivation, dialogue, education, promotion of culture entertainment, integration.

Communication - the process of sending and receiving messages

Business Communication covers as meaning all the definitions given in Webster and the process can be achieved through several forms: preparation of business documents, including letters, memos, reports, discussions, interviews, including interviews, meetings, public presentations and daily interactions at a more or less formal; desktop publishing and telecommunications; behavior, including how a person 'yes' hand, their ranks during an interview, dress, talk, move. Anything can be a potential message; one can not not communicate.

Communicating in business

When communicating in business can only be obtained satisfactory results for the employer but the employee, as each comes with a good idea that is enhanced by those who participate in discussion.
