STRESS Awareness MONTH

April is National Stress Awareness Month. Our collective stress is palpable and

inescapable at this time. We are working from home, maybe in total isolation,

juggling childcare and homeschooling, or working on the front lines of a

pandemic. Stress at this magnitude and persisting over long periods of time can

severely impact our mind, body and spirit. High levels of stress can decrease your

immunity, so this is a time to employ all of your self-care tools to maintain your

health. Please take advantage of the JHU Wellness Program resources to add to

your self-care tool box to help support you through this time .

As the events surrounding

the COVID-19 outbreak continue

to unfold, it is understandable

that you may be feeling

increasing stress.  Information is

rapidly changing and can be

confusing, overwhelming, and

even scary. But, it is possible to

learn techniques to better

manage and relieve stress.

Join the live webinar,

Strategies for Stress Relief onWed., April 22 from 12 to 1 p.m.

EST and hear tips to help you
