Coaching by Special Coaches
1. Students should choose only one activity of the activities listed above as per
their inherent talents and interests.
2. Students should maintain punctuality, discipline, attentiveness and regularity
in attending ECEC classes.
3. Students should use their own mode of conveyance for attending the ECEC
classes from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
4. Students should be decently dressed when they come for ECEC classes.
5. Students should directly report to the practice venue and be present at the
time of taking attendance.
6. Students will be issued ‘PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE’ on the basis of
regularity, punctuality and discipline at the end of the year.
7. Students should bring ACTIVITY NOTEBOOK daily without fail.
8. Students should report to the school coordinating staff in case of any
inconvenience, disruptions and problems.

CLASS SCHEDULE
GENERAL INSTRUCTION

Dear Parents, India is a land that celebrates diversities and takes pride in unity that binds the whole nation as one. It is
this ‘MULTICULTURALISM’ entwined with values that the JHASV team of staff and students has
decided to showcase.
The invitation card is sent herewith. We seek your co-operation in making our Annual Day a success. The
guidelines are mentioned below:
FOR PARENTS: 1. Cameras are strictly prohibited, as we will not permit individual videography/photography.
Photographs/CDs will be available at a later date.
2. Please give your child tiffin, water bottle and well labelled large sized poly bag to keep his /
her uniform and belongings while he / she is in costume for the item.
3. Please make sure your child does not wear any valuables on the function day.
4. Ensure that he/she is not carrying a mobile / camera at any cost. Strict action will be taken in
case he/she is caught in possession of one.
5. No eatables are allowed in the open air premises.
6. Parents are strictly prohibited to enter the school building. Washroom arrangement exists in
the Bus Parking Area.
7. Parking of Vehicles: The bus parking area inside the campus has been earmarked for the
parking of vehicles.
8. Mode of Dispersal:
• The students of I to II Std. will be handed over to parents after their performance is over. Parents of these classes must wait for an announcement.
• For all other classes III – XI, wards will be handed over only after the programme gets over
classwise from the lawns in front of the school building. Parents are requested to be seated
till the classwise turn for the dispersal of their ward is announced. You are requested not to
disturb the teachers in between the programme to take your child home. On no account will
any student be released before the programme ends. So parents must ensure they do
not sneak into the building on any pretext, as even washroom arrangement is available
outdoors.
• In case any parent is not able to attend the child’s programme, please arrange to have the
child picked up with a letter of authorization on that evening. Prior information to this effect
should be given to the class teacher via the school diary.
FOR STUDENTS:
27th Dec - ONLY PARTICIPANTS will be reporting to School at 8.00 a.m. and leave at 1.40 p.m.
28th Dec - The participants will be reporting to School at 4.00 p.m. The buses will start from the first
pick up point at 3.15 p.m and leave the campus at 8.00 p.m.
29th Dec - The participants will be reporting to School at 2.00 p.m. The buses will start from the first
pick up point at 1.15 p.m. Parents must be present to take the child home by 8.30 p.m.
30th Dec - is a holiday for all.
In case, Non participants and students of Class XII come for the programme, they should be in
complete school uniform along with identity card and accompanied by parents. Bus arrangement is
not made for non-participants Your co-operation is solicited for the smooth conduct of the programme.

Exhibition is an effective tool of learning process which focuses on mass medium,
exposure, research and technical mindset, social skills, awareness, creativity, critical
thinking, solution developing and application of knowledge.
Exhibition develops the competitive spirit among the students inculcating the qualities such
as happy and positive attitude, patience in accepting the queries, confidence and firmness
and complete knowledge about the model or the project.
To develop high quality hands on experience that stimulate, entertain and
educate the spectators.
To provide a forum to nurture scientific and inventive interest from the
surrounding environment and connecting new ideas to their existing ideas from materials
and activities.
� To develop and encourage scientific and technological talent and creative
thinking among children and inculcate in them a sense of pride in their
talents.
� To promote interest in science and technology among children providing
exploratory experience, encouraging creative thinking and promoting
psychomotor skills among the students through this annual exhibition.

3 Eco-friendly materials should be preferably used for the models.

The preparations of the exhibits should serve an exhilarating experience for
the children, including the improvisations in science devices/ models
offering solutions to many present and potential socio-economic problems and
at the same time giving due importance to the languages.

VISIT SCHEDULE FOR PARENTS
1. Parents shall follow the visit schedule in order to avoid overcrowding and stampede.
2. Parents shall abide by the route map while visiting the exhibition zone.
3. Parents shall not remain occupied in one zone instead keep moving by interacting
with the students and penning down their remarks and the suggestions in the visitors
register.
4. Parents shall never group together in the corridors and indulge in discussion and
talking.
5. Parents shall extend their fullest cooperation and support for the successful
accomplishment of JHASV Annual Exhibition ’18.
