Anton enables scientists to perform MD simulations of bimolecular systems nearly two orders of magnitude faster than the previous state of the art. This table shows benchmark information for a number of systems of various sizes. Performance was measured on a 512-node Anton machine like the one hosted by the PSC. Note that Anton is a single user system, i.e., simulations on Anton use all 512 nodes.
