Mr. Oliver was born in Kenton County October 22, 1925, the son of James F. and Delia Poynter Oliver and was a member of the Pleasant Run BapUst Church and a veteran of World War II.

Besides his mother and father, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bety Hammond Oliver of Berea: one son. Robert Oliver of Berea: three daugh-ters. Mrs. Mildred B. Nicely, 52, of Midland. Onio, died Thursday evening. October 9th in Cincinn-ati. Ohio. She was born in Whitley County on January 23. 1923. the dai Rhodes and Phillips and was a member of the Westboro Baptist Church.

Besides her father, she is survived by her husband, Raymond Nicely of Midland. Ohio: two sons. Jessie WiUard Nicely and James Clay Nicely, both at home: three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Unerwood of Williamsburg. Mrs. Georgia Smith of St. Louis. Missouri and Mrs. Gary Lowe of Rainsboro. Mr. Willaim G. Tyre of Cind|feti. Ohio and formerly of OttaWfdied suddenly October 9th. 1975. He was born in Rockcastle County September 3, 1917. the son of the late Edgar and Amanda Bradley Tyre. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of High Point Church and a former member of Ottawa Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Phyllis Tyre Compton Tyre; two sisters, Mrs. Sylvee Frisbee of Hamilton, Ohio and Mrs. Bucilla Lawrence of Rt. 1. Brodhead. He is preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Tyr/>. He also leaves several niecfes and nephews.

Mrs. Sallie Murrell. 83. of Route 8, Crab Orchard, passed away Wednesday. October 8, 1975, in Danville, Ky. She was born June 11, 1892, in Rqckcastle County, the daugh-ter of the late William and WElizsabeth Younee McNelley. She was a member of the Brodhead Christian Church.

Survivors are: one daughter, Mrs. Maude Ham-mode of Jacksonville, Florida.

Miss Cynthia Rose, Miss Luty Rose and Millard Rose. A large crowd, was present /or this meeting. We pray God's richest blessings on these young people in their work for the Lord.
