We have also listened to customer feedback and, as aresult, we have simplified our log in process to make iteasier and quicker for you to get online.
HOW TO GET ONLINE
To access our free WiFi service, simply visit the MarinaReception and ask for your WiFi Access Code. On yourdevice, select the WiFi network called “Yacht HavensWiFi” and enter your Access Code.
To maintain online security, the code will changeperiodically. When your Access Code expires, simplycontact the Marina Reception and ask for a new one.

• Annual berth holders are issued with security keyfobs to gain access to the pontoon bridges, theshower blocks and the main berth holders’ car park,which is situated at the southern end of the site.Visitors are issued with the current entry code(changed regularly)

BOATYARD SERVICES• We operate the hoist, crane, pressure wash and hard
standing areas. All bookings should be made throughthe marina office
• Storage ashore is available (free of charge to annualberth holders between 1st May and 31st August)
• Winter storage should be booked online through thewebsite. Berth holders have a chance to book earlyto secure their preferred dates
• Scrub and boat storage offers are available at certaintimes of the year. Visit the Marina Office for the latestspecial offer
• Trailers or cradles, which must be clearly identified,can be stored by arrangement only
• We operate a 24-hour emergency haul-out service allyear round

TROLLEYS• Provided for your convenience, our trolleys are £1
or token operated• Trolleys may be collected from any one of the three
bridgehead trolley parks• Please do not leave trolleys on the pontoons, return
them to the nearest trolley park• In the event of a trolley finding its way into the water,
please contact marina staff immediately
WATER AND ELECTRICITY• All pontoons have access to fresh water hosepipes• All berths have individual power points, except
fingerette and restricted access berths. Due to theirproximity to water, these operate on sensitive tripsand have the capacity to supply 3 to 3.5 kW at 240vwith a 15 amp current
• Metered cables can be ordered and purchased fromthe marina reception
• Electricity is charged in addition to the annual berthingfee and berth holders must have a metered cable foruse of electricity. Visitors berthing rates include acharge for electricity
FUEL• A 5% discount on fuel is available to annual berth
holders.• Marine diesel (Gasoil) and unleaded petrol are
available 24/7 all year round• The fuel dock is situated on the sea wall in front of the
marina office• Volume discounts on gasoil (>100ltr, >300ltr, >1500ltr)
and petrol (>100 ltr) are available but only if paid forby cash or debit card
SEWAGE PUMP;OUT FACILITYBoat owners may use this unit (tokens are available fromthe fuel kiosk) to pump out their own holding tanks atthe fuel berth.
CALOR AND CAMPING GAZ REFILLSBottled gas is available 24/7 all year round from the fueldock. Also available from the chandlers at the siteentrance.
WASTE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLINGPlease help us to keep the site clean and tidy and informthe marina staff of any spillages.• Large skips are situated close to each of the three
bridgeheads and are for disposal of general domesticwaste only from boats (EC regulations apply)
• Waste oil tanks are adjacent to the above• Spent batteries and used oil filters – for information on
disposal, please ask at the marina office• Bottle banks for recycling can be found on site, at each
bridgehead and at the back of the Haven Bar• Bins for recycling are clearly labelled on site
SHOT BLASTING AND ANTIFOUL REMOVALA dedicated shot blasting bay is situated in the yard.All vessels that require their hull coating removedthrough any mechanised sanding or blasting will needto be moved into this purpose- built facility. Blastingoperations are undertaken exclusively by our on-sitetenants Jeremy Rogers Ltd – Tel: 01590 646780.
LOCAL SUPERMARKETS AND CASH POINTSThere is a Waitrose, Tesco and M&S Food in Lymingtontown centre open 7 days a week. There are various cashpoints on the High Street.
HOW TO BECOME A BERTH HOLDERBerths can become available at any time throughoutthe year. We would be very pleased to discuss yourrequirements. On page 43 of this handbook is a waitinglist application form. It is possible we will have a berthavailable immediately, if not for a deposit of £300(deductible from your first annual berthing fee orreturnable at any time on exiting the list) you will goon the waiting list and we will work with you to find asuitable berth at the earliest possible time.

The postcode for Sat Nav users is SO41 3QD
Exit the M27 at Junction 1, following signs for Lymingtonon the A337. At Lymington, the marina directions areindicated on brown tourist signs, initially as Marinas &Riverside, and then as Yacht Haven. By exiting the M27at Junction 2, one can reach Lymington via Beaulieu,avoiding the potential bottleneck at Lyndhurst duringthe busy season.

Lymington Yacht Haven is the first marina you come toup the Lymington River from the Solent.
BY RAIL
Regular half hourly service from the main line station ofBrockenhurst through to Lymington Town. It is then a20 minute walk to the marina from the station.(See map on page 5).

• The Standard Port for Lymington is Portsmouth. Lowwater at Lymington is usually 20 minutes prior to lowwater Portsmouth, whether neaps or springs.
• Double high waters occur at or near springs and onother occasions there is a stand lasting about 2 hours.Predictions refer to the first high water when thereare two. At other times they refer to the middle ofthe stand.

SAFETY AT THE MARINAWe aim to provide a relaxed and safe environment foryou to enjoy your boating in and ask that all marinarules and regulations are followed.
IN CASE OF FIRE ON BOARD• Sound the alarm at each bridgehead and notify
marina staff• Call 999• Only tackle the fire if it is safe to do so with the
extinguishers provided in the emergency cabinets• Retreat to a safe distance and locate the nearest fire
assembly point.
GENERAL SAFETY• Please familiarize yourself with the location of
lifesaving and firefighting equipment on the pontoonsand ashore
• Please take extra care in snow and icy conditions asthe pontoons can be slippery and ensure appropriatefootwear is worn at all times
• Please do not ride bicycles or scooters on thepontoons
• Please ensure all children and non-swimmers wear alife jacket at all times
• Please do not allow dogs to foul the pontoons or yardareas, if they do please clean up
• Swimming and scuba diving are not permitted in themarina
• Please keep below 2 knots when in the marina andmind your wash
• Always isolate gas and fuel when leaving your boat.• Always use own hosepipe for drinking water and
filling water tanks, and never leave hoses running orhanging in the water
• Do not remove supports from vessels in the yard, orrun engines of vessels stored ashore. All furling sailsmust be removed prior to boats being lifted.
For your safety and enjoyment of our marina please besure to follow the guidelines. Comprehensive MarinaRules can be found attached to your berth contract.All boats and contractors using the marina, ashore orafloat, must have a minimum of £3,000,000 thirdparty Insurance.

SHOPPINGLymington hosts a lively street market every Saturday inthe main High Street with a number of stalls catering forall tastes. In addition there is a wide variety of shops, galleries, boutiques, and a Waitrose, Tesco and M&SFood. The town centre is approx 10 minutes walk fromthe marina.
WALKING & CYCLINGThe marina has direct access to the coastal footpath offering superb walks and bike rides along the foreshoreto Keyhaven and Hurst Spit where the Solent rushesin/out. There are also a huge number of other walks andbike rides available throughout the New Forest NationalPark which surrounds the town.
SWIMMINGThere is an open air pool just next to the marina which isopen during the summer months Tel: 01590 678882.
