A few things I think about when communicating…
1. Acknowledge that the audience may not be experts (including myself….)
2. Limit technical jargon that may confuse
3. Craft a story (and answer questions) that will connect you with the audience

A few things I think about the audience…
1. Acknowledge that the audience may not be experts (including myself….)
2. In advance, get as much information on the intended audience
3. Respect audiences diverse “languages” and motivations
