Survey 1: Wholesale Prices- 10 major commodities (Temperate vegetables, fruits, fishery product, etc.)

- Managed by 7 major trading centres covering 11 markets

- 5 respondents / commodity / market day; approx. 3 market days / weeks. Total: 1650 surveys conducted / week

- Result: Up-to-date prices published in Bureau of Agriculture Statistics website.

- Community Impact: Farmers, traders, community are well- informed of market prices. Facilitates better planning; farmers income increased.

Survey 2: Palay (Rice) & Corn Stocks- Collects data on stock levels for rice and corn in households

- Collected 1st 10 days of the month

- 81 provinces, 810 villages, on average 16,200 households

- Result: Successfully monitor stock levels for the next 90 days

- Community Impact: Department of Agriculture can manage demand & supply of rice and other food sources. Community has access to staple meals.
