Designed the commissions’ database structure using data warehouse which provided user access for abstracting data using Business Objects and reduced the time of making ad hoc queries from hours and days to minutes while empowering users to make their own queries without need of assistance from I.T.

Enhanced the automated commission incentive process by working with Sales Planning, Finance, and the Sales Compensation department and implementing the compensation plans for sales reps and their managers.
