Maybe you didn’t know you could take public transportation from Port Townsend to the airport. You can! It’s inexpensive, easy, almost as fast as driving your car and no parking hassles! To the Bainbridge Ferry: From the Haines Place Park & Ride in Port Townsend, take Jefferson Transit’s #7 bus to Poulsbo. At the end of the line, transfer to Kitsap Transit’s #90 Express bus to the Bainbridge Ferry Terminal. Then walk on the ferry – it’s free when you make the eastbound crossing. Once in downtown Seattle, take Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail from the Pioneer Square Station to the airport. Get To LINK Pioneer Square Station: WALK: If you travel lightly, it is an easy walk to the Pioneer Square Station transit tunnel. The least hilly walk is to turn right on Alaskan Way and left on Yesler, as indicated on the map. The entrance to the tunnel is just past 2nd Ave, next to Smith Tower. En- ter the bus tunnel at 2nd Ave. and Yesler Way. BUS: If you take the walkway to the1st & Marion “Southbound Stop”, Metro’s #99 bus comes by every 30 minutes and will take you to 5th & Jackson, adjacent to the Inter- national District Train Station. The fare for this will be either $2.50 for Off-Peak times or $3.00 for Peak times. Sound Transit’s Link Light Rail: Light rail trains depart every 7-15 minutes depending on the day and time of day. Pur- chase your ticket upstairs and catch the train downstairs on the platform level. It takes ap- proximately 35 minutes from the Pioneer Square Station to the SEATAC Station. SeaTac/Airport Light Rail Station is located at International Boulevard and S. 16th St in SeaTac. There is a pedestrian walkway that leads from the light rail station along the side of the airport garage to the sky bridges and pas- senger terminal. To the Bainbridge Ferry:

Townsend, take Jefferson Transit’s #7 bus to
