Utility Inspector Jan 2015March 2015: Utility Inspector with SMOB services in Odessa TX. Worked with Plains All American in Mentone TX on 10” and 6” pipeline project. Did project in big Lake TX for plains where I was also utility inspector, overseen ditching, lowering in, excavations, materials, and stringing. Enforced plains specs throughout entire project. Superintendent 6 months: Superintendent for Coastal Field Services on new 8 mile job site working on 6” flex steel line. Hired/ managed all employees and outside vendors, project budget management, managed time books, held safety meetings, held productions meetings between gas companies and inspection leaders. I was able to finish this first time superintendent assignment to the gas companies expectations. Welder 1+ years: Welder for First call field services. Made test for gas companies requirements. Welded pipe for natural gas line. Every weld was bought by Gas Company and was welded to the procedures requirements. Finished job without any repairs. Weld Mapping and Yard foreman 2+ years: Mapped welds for fabrication in various plants and compressor stations for Sunland Construction. Kept up with weld numbers, xray numbers, and heat numbers. Read iso prints and was foreman over fabrication. Ordered parts and supplies for the job. Tiein foreman 2+ years: Tiein foreman for Sprint and Sunland. Dug ditch, bell holes, coated pipe, and tied in pipe to the gas company’s expectations. Made sure my crew did their jobs safely and productively. Worked with inspectors to make sure job was done properly. Employee management Labor foreman 1+ years: Labor foreman over welders and helpers with Sunland Construction. Gave employees instructions for job tasks and provided them with the right tools for the job. Ordered parts and supplies for company. Employee management
