THE ART OF JEFF LANGDigital and Traditional to include Langlids

Much of the digital work has been used as prints for autograph signings and

advertising and as items to raise money for charities across the country.

On the football field Brian Dawkins was nicknamed Wolverine or Weapon X for his ferocity, speed and power. Using the Wolverine movie poster as a backdrop, I incorporated Brian into the poster and

used similar poster credit font and style to list career stats.

!Actual size approx. 13 x 19 on archival photo paper

Created celebrating USWNT Golden Ball winner Carli Lloyd for autograph signing Actual size 16 x 20 archival photo paper and 20 x 24 canvas

Created as a class project intended for use as a trading card or poster size print. High resolution imagery allows for print of various sizes from trading card size to

poster size.

Being a huge sports fan much of my work, though not limited to, falls in that

genre. With Stephen Curry being back to back MVP and the current face of the NBA, I felt it was prudent to have fun

with texture, color and type. Actual size 4ft x 6ft acrylic on masonite board

TRADITIONAL

Considered the greatest athlete possibly ever, Jim Thorpe once attended the Carlisle Indian School in Carlisle, PA. I was born and raised

in Carlisle, PA. This painting is 30 x 48 acrylic on stretched canvas with gold leaf accents. At a sports art show/gala in the

South Jersey/Philadelphia area, "Thorpe" was judged "best in show" by juror and

renowned illustrator James Bennett.

Both pieces are colored pencil on paper and were autographed and auctioned at an American Cancer Society event in Central Pennsylvania.

USMNT goalie Tim Howard holding my painting of him after signing it. Actual size is 30 x 40 acrylic on un-stretched canvas

LangLidsUsing the finest hats on the market to include New Era and 47 Brand, I custom hand paint,

satin varnish and waterproof each hat to withstand the elements. Using only the finest acrylic paints to achieve a thinly textured realistic brim image. These hats make great items to be

displayed, autographed or worn. LangLids is expanding to include shirts, dresses and shoes.
