Jeff Campos served as a Marketing Director at American Family Insurance which is a private mutual company specializing in property, casualty, life, auto, homeowners, and health insurance products and services. While working there from 1997 to 2003, he conceptualized and launched a new marketing department for the company’s mountain region and established sustainable strategies to manage budgets and public relations procedures for government, media, and community. He collaborated with internal as well as external resources to promote company’s regional expansion from one state to six state operations.

His contributions were enormous and he always represented the company as a spokesperson during all events and outreach efforts. Jeff Campos established and maintained crucial relationships and partnerships with various associations, government officials, and community based organizations to enhance the reputation of the company and increase their market potential. The marketing campaigns executed by him earned the company high-profile business awards at local and national level.

Later on from 2003 to 2005, Jeff Campos joined a leading insurance provider in Denver, New York Life Insurance, which provides life insurance, annuities, and long-term insurance products and services. He was a partner in the company and managed and developed a financial services office. The office offered an array of investment products for individual and business customers. His major responsibilities included supervising all marketing and advertising campaigns and business development activities for new branch.

He initiated huge growth opportunities through expansion of alternative recruitment efforts and presented the company with Hispanic organizations, and conferences as a spokesperson at all levels. Under his leadership, the sales at the Denver General Office increased by 50% and his innovative product development and strategic marketing lead the company to success. The annual recruitment levels increased by more than 40%.

Jeff Campos joined as a President and CEO of Denver area Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2005 which is a business advocacy group managed by the members who include small business owners, corporate representatives, and Hispanic Community leaders. He not only expanded the chamber’s membership and operating budget during his six year tenure, but also overhauled the foundation of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, established Board of directors, and formalized mission statements, budget processes, and staff/operating structures.
