Join the Research and Development software team as a

Build and Release Software Engineer (m/f)

Responsibilities

• Define all deliverables (source code, tools, environment, data and other components)

that are required for a release

• Integrate source code, third party components, data and other deliveries

• Responsible for software Builds and Releases, as well as Source Control Management

and continuous integration

• Interface directly with international suppliers to ensure high quality and timely delivery

• Develop technical standards for tools and platforms

• Ensure that our software seamlessly moves from development through testing and into

production

• Work self-responsibly within a small team

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer science, embedded Software Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the field of software development including Build

Automation, Continuous Integration, Change and Release Management

• Knowledge of Embedded Operating Systems, mainly Linux

• Coding experience with C++/C and Linux Shell scripting as well as testing

• Experience with agile development models used in conjunction with remote teams

• Very good command in German and English
