Situation

New Harboro Farm is half a mile down the Brook by the entrance to Sibelco works on Manstone Lane. From the Via Gellia road take the B5056 signed Longcliffe, continue past the quarry and at the crossroads take the left turn signed Brassington. Continue under the 14’6” bridge and as you start to drop down towards Brassington turn left signed Sibelco. After approximately 1 mile the works entrance and farm access is on the left, after the second speed ramp take the gravel lane to the right following the caravan signs. From the B5035 Carsington Road, take the Brassington turn continue straight through the village and on climbing out of the village take the right turn signed Sibelco and continue as above.

‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale.

Export Purchasers – All goods must be paid for in pounds sterling (£).

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

Buyers Premium – No buyers premium will be payable at this sale.

Machine Hours – Machine hours have been taken as at 19.04.18. These are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed by the Auctioneers. Loading It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for the safe loading & transport of all and any purchases. Bagshaws are under no obligation to provide assistance in loading but on occasion they will do their best to help provided that it is not putting themselves, the purchaser or other people at risk of injury.
