Alarm and sprinkler system impairments that last long-er than their respective 4, 8, 10, or 72 hours require signs to be posted. The following sign must be posted at all principal public and employee entrances.

UFC 3-601-02 para 1-10

Aircraft Hangars

An additional consideration may include keeping tow vehicles in place and immediately available to remove all aircraft in case of an emergency.

Dormitories, Barracks, and Lodging Additional considerations may include multiple fire watch personnel to provide adequate coverage of the building and/or requiring battery powered smoke alarms for each sleeping room and outside of, but within the immediate vicinity of, each sleeping room.

Child Care Facilities

An additional consideration is that alternate/mitigation measures must be taken or the building closed if the sys-tem is out of service for four hours or more per the Air Force CDC Inspection Guide, 4 Apr 18.
