Domain I: Leadership: Vision strategic planning, team building, decision making, communication, and currency with professional knowledge

(L1) Task 1: Develop and/or maintain an aviation department vision, mission, and values in accordance with the company business plan to ensure understanding and commitment among stakeholders.

(L2) Task 2: Develop goals and/or strategies consistent with the aviation department vision, mission, and values. Analyze current status and trends relative to future needs to align the aviation department with the corporate business objectives.
