My Christmas Holidays

MY CHRISTMAS IN VALLADOLID (SPAIN)

• Everything starts on December 25, the day of Christmas Eve, the whole family is together, dining and drinking together, after that a small family party.

• The next morning we go to Mass to pray the birth of the Son of God, then you go to eat with family.

• The second important day of Christmas is December 31, that day the whole family goes. We take dinner and drink during the night until twelve o'clock, at that time the grapes are eaten and the coming of the new year is celebrated. After that a big party is taken place.

• The next morning you go to the church and back to family meals.• January 6 is the last day of Christmas time, the Magi (the three kings)

come to bring you what you ask for (what you wanted to have) then we have a typical spanish dish, “paella”, made by a group of friends or family.
