JOHNNY DEPP has reached a settle-ment with his former business team, who he accused of mismanaging his earnings.

Depp took action against the company in 2017 claiming US$25 million over their handling of his affairs, which he said left

him more than US$40 million in debt.The management group then counter-

sued, asserting that the actor had been responsible for his own money worries due to his US$2 million-a-month lifestyle.

A planned trial set for Aug. 15 will not now go ahead.

No details have been given of the set-tlement but a spokesman for Depp said the actor was “pleased” with the outcome.

The statement said the lawsuit and settlement “is a further demonstration that Johnny is determined to take fi rm action to protect his personal and artistic

reputation in the interests of his family and his career.”

His spokesman said he wanted to “revert his full attention” to his upcom-ing fi lm “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald,” as well as to his band, the Hollywood Vampires. (SD-Agencies)

ANNABELLE NEILSON, who was a muse for late fashion designer Alexander McQueen, has been found dead at age 49.

She was best friend to model Kate Moss, who she met through McQueen. She was found at her Chelsea home in London last Thursday evening.

The model, socialite and star of the reality show “Ladies of London” became a muse for McQueen aged 22.

The Metropolitan police said that her death is not being treated as suspicious.

Kate Moss has posted a picture of the pair of them on Instagram with a broken heart symbol.

Born into an aristocratic family, Neilson was introduced to

McQueen in the 1990s by fashion stylist Isabella Blow.

Neilson said McQueen loved her immediately and they felt like they knew each other straight away.

McQueen killed himself in 2010 and Neilson was said to be the last person to see him.

She had been working on a book about her friendship with McQueen.

Through the designer she became friends with Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell and was often photographed partying with her A-list friends.

She overcame a heroin addiction sparked by a vicious attack she experienced as a teenager while living in Australia.

In 2014 she joined Bravo TV’s reality show “Ladies of London” and stayed for two series.

In that time she also became a published children’s author with a series of books entitled “The Me Me Me’s.” (SD-Agencies)

GRAMMY Award-winning singer-songwriter Jason Mraz is set to serenade Singapore at the National Stadium on Oct.

27, as part of the program at the BNP Paribas WTA Finals tennis tournament.

This will be the only show in Asia this year for the singer behind smash hits like

“I’m Yours” and “Lucky.” He will be in Singapore not long after

the release of his fi rst album in four years, “Know,” which comes out Aug. 10. It includes the singles “Have It All” and “Unlonely.”

Tickets for the show, titled Good Vibes with Jason Mraz, are priced from US$108

to US$248. Public sales start July 27 at 10 a.m.

The concert comes at the tail end of the fi nal Singapore edition of the WTA Finals, which features top stars from the women’s tennis world and will run from Oct. 21 to 28.

Mraz's only Asian show this year is in Singapore in october

K-POP sensation BTS will release a new record — the fourth and fi nal part of its “Love Yourself” album series — next month, it was announced Monday night.

The group took to its offi cial Twitter account to tease the drop, which is slated for Aug. 24, according to South Korean media.

“Love Yourself: Answer” will be a collection of seven fresh tracks, as well as songs from BTS’ previous releases, Yonhap News reported, citing manage-ment agency Big Hit Entertainment.

The third instalment of the series, “Love Yourself: Tear,” was just released in May, after which it became the fi rst K-pop album to top the Billboard 200 chart.

Earlier this week, Coca-Cola Korea announced it would be releasing special-edition cans and bottles bearing images of BTS’ seven members at the end of this month.
