Jar Testing Dynamics Class
By the end of this presentation you will understand the importance of developing a jar test procedure that matches your specific plant conditions. You will be able to design and implement a jar test proce-dure that matches specific plant condi-tions. You will learn how to mix the vari-ous chemicals and perform an actual jar test that will demonstrate the basics that will enable you to optimize the perfor-mance and chemical usage in your plant.

Technical Support Manager
Mr. Brown has been in the water and wastewater field since 1976. He provides clients the technical sup-port to meet their regulatory requirements and pro-duction demands. His previous experience includes nine years in an environmental laboratory, fifteen years in the operation and management of water and wastewater treatment plants, and seven years with engineering firms as an operation specialist. He has assisted clients with water and wastewater process control troubleshooting, developed plant optimization and training programs, wrote O&M Manuals, per-formed filter assessments and evaluated LIMS, CMMS and Operation Management tools.
