Cohort summary Years of recruitment: January, 2011 – December, 2013 (3 years)
Number of live births at baseline: 100,000 children
Follow up status: Follow-up programs will be implemented until the
participant children reach at the age of 13.

The recruitment of pregnant women was started in January, 2011.
Pregnant women should be T1, 12 ~16 weeks of gestation.
Japan Environment and Children’s Study International Symposium
was held in Tokyo on February 4, 2011.
An open working group meeting on birth cohort studies is scheduled to
be held at the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology
(ISEE) conference in Barcelona, Spain on September 17, 2011.
