PARKING GARAGE UPDATE

The Bay Avenue Parking Garage across the street from the River Club is under new management. W.C. Bradley has taken over the

governance and enforcement of the five-story parking deck. The reserved spaces for River Club members and guests are in

the same location on the first floor. The club members did get five additional spaces. They are the first five spots on the right as you

proceed up the ramp to the second floor. These are marked with green paint above the five spaces and have signs indicating

River Club Members & Guests Only.

On the occasions that the River Club spaces are taken there are a few public parking spaces on the first floor. These are marked with blue

paint above the spaces. Additional public spaces are available on the fifth floor, also marked with blue. There is an elevator located on the southwest corner (nearest to Synovus and River) for easy access to

the first floor and the Club. Upon leaving, you and your guests will be given a pass with the code to exit the parking garage free of charge.

Please refrain from parking in any spaces that are not designated “River Club” or “Public” (blue) to avoid receiving a notice from enforcement on your car. Also, please advise your guests dining

at the club of these approved areas. If you have questions or need clarification about parking, please contact the W.C. Bradley

Office at 706-571-6065.
