New Year’s Cake!! Method: In a bowl mix the flour, almonds, baking powder and

coarse almond. In mixer beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Stop hitting and add the cream, stirring gently with a plastic spoon. Pour the mixture alternately with the flour and pomegranate wine and stir slightly! New year’s cake it’s a Greek custom!
