New Year’s Cake!! Method: In a bowl mix the flour, almonds, baking powder and
coarse almond. In mixer beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Stop hitting and add the cream, stirring gently with a plastic spoon. Pour the mixture alternately with the flour and pomegranate wine and stir slightly! New year’s cake it’s a Greek custom!

For the syrup:
2 cups water 2 cups honey 2 cups sugar
100 grams. castor sugar 400 grams. butter milk 100 grams. vegetable butter 2 egg 1 egg 2 vanilla 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/3 cup. tea brandy 1 even teaspoon baking soda 250 grams. roasted and chopped almonds 850 grams. (approximately) soft flour, sifted 1 pound powdered sugar 2 vanilla
