DESCRIPTION OF THE IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
Where as, The undersigned being the authorized officer of the Allahabad Bank under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13 (12) read with rule 3 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a demand notice dated 28.01.2019 calling upon the borrower Mr. Suresh Kumar Bansidhar Agarwal (Proprietor of M/s.
