Happy New Year! New Year’s has been celebrated all over the world for many years. New Years started as a celebration of the end of winter and the beginning of spring. It changed dates many times over the years, and now it is celebrated on January 1st.
On New Year’s, many people make resolutions. Resolutions are like decisions to do something new or different. The Fresh Food Crew loves to make resolutions to eat more colorful fruits and vegetables. Can you resolve to eat more fruits and vegetables? List three different colored new fruits or vegetables you will try: ie. Bell Peppers, Snap Peas, and Blueberries!
