Summary Redondo Beach real estate investment for January produced mix results with total sales, median days to sell, and sales-listing ratio data points trending unfavorably compared to single digits improvements in the market median sales price and net listings. Nevertheless, year-over-year analysis confirmed noticeable improvement with increases in total sales (14.9%), market median sales price ($68.25K), and median days to sell (down 4%).
