Final version of the timetableChanges made since the publication of the provisional timetable are shown in red.

Starting times of examinationsThe published starting time of all examinations is either 9.00 am or 1.30 pm. Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable.

Centres may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than 8.30 am and by 9.30 am and afternoon examinations no earlier than 1.00 pm and by 2.00 pm.

Candidates with more than one examination in a session should take these consecutively. A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one examination in a session.

Leaving the examinationCandidates must remain under supervision until 10.00 am for morning examinations and until 2.30 pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hour’s duration, the candidates must remain under supervision for a period equal to the duration of the examination after the published starting time shown on the timetable.

Timetable deviationsIf you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records. When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination, it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the alteration.

Interboard Examinations TimetableThe interboard examinations timetable contains dates for OCR, AQA, CCEA, Edexcel and WJEC examinations in GCSE, GCE, ELC, AEA and FSMQ. It is available via the OCR website www.ocr.org.uk, and can be used to search, collate, export and print timetable information. Upon entering the OCR website select Exams Officers and then General Qualifications to reach the link to the Interboard Examinations Timetable.

Centres must ascertain the dates for any papers not shown on the OCR timetable from:

OCR Training

OCR Training offers a comprehensive programme of training events to provide essential support in the delivery and assessment of the full range of OCR qualifications.

Each year, we organise more than 1,500 courses of half or one day’s duration at accessible locations around the UK, employing trainers who are experts in their field. We can also arrange for our courses to be delivered in-house and tailored as necessary to meet your needs.

Details of our annual programme are mailed to your centre in June and December each year and are also available on the OCR website. To supplement this, your centre will receive a number of other training updates as our training programme develops.

You can now search and book on training events through EventBooker, our new online booking service.
