Today is our last full day in the Holy Land. We visited the church where Mary and Elizabeth visited one another and celebrated Mass at the Church of the Nativity of John the Baptist.

I pray we may have the courage to be that voice in the wilderness that prepares the way of the Lord. As our journey ends in the Holy Land, a new one will begin back home. May these steps which Jesus trav-ersed between Jerusalem and the Mount of Olives remind us that we are all pilgrims on the journey on our way to our heavenly Jerusalem. Shalom!”
