Answer:
1- If we are able to make Physical Abhishek arrangements (with Govt permissions) either in templeor in a separate hall then we will call the Donors.
2- If not then we will offer Abhishek on behalf of the donor and read his name in front of the Lordduring Maha Abhishek on Janmashtami day.

Questions about AbhishekQuestion: If the temple remains closed and some donor opts for some Abhishek Seva. Willhe get an opportunity to come to the temple and do the Abhishek like every year and if not,then what are we providing them for the donation given. Kindly clear this doubt of mine.

1- When is the Abhishek Program happening?
Abhishek Program on Monday 30th Aug 2021, 3pm onwards.
Where? Alpa Bachat Bhavan, 7 Queens Garden, Chhatrapati Shivaji Marg, Behind Council Hall,Camp, Pune

Donors will be assigned Specific timeslots between 3pm and 8pm, they can come during that slotand perform Abhishek. COVID norms will be followed strictly.
2- Who are the donors who will get Abhishek Invitation?
Anyone who has donated Rs.11,000 and above is eligible to do Abhishek at Alpa BachatBhavan.Donors who are eligible to do Abhishek are listed at https://events.iskconpunecamp.in/ You can search on this site for your eligible Donors. If you cannot find a donor under yourCounsellor name, put the Donor name in Search field and try. Donations that are not taggedyet will appear under Counsellor=NOT TAGGED. You may find your Donor here.
3- How to send Abhishek Pass to the Donor?
Go to https://events.iskconpunecamp.in/Find the DonorClick on *Send Abhishek Pass to Donor* and one WhatsApp window will open where you cansend the Pass via WhatsApp.
4- Who will call the Donors?
A separate team of devotees headed by Rajasuya Pr will be calling up all donors.Counselor or Counselor Coordinator can also call up donors.

5- What if the Donor does not have WhatsApp?
No problem, the calling team headed by Rajasuya Pr will give a Code to the donor onPhone/Email/SMS. The Donor then needs to just tell the Code when they come on Monday to AlpaBachat.
6- What will happen at Alpa Bachat Bhavan?
Donor will come with his familyShow his Abhishek Pass on WhatsApp or Tell his Code and Check-inHe will perform Abhishek at one of the Six stalls and also do JhulaAt exit point he will get a Reciprocation gift as per his donation categoryComing Weekend, the Donor can come to Camp temple and get Puja Thali
7- Can the Donor collect pass from Seva office?
Yes, they can collect a Physical pass from Seva office. Note that a Physical pass is not requiredthough, they can come with their Abhishek Pass on WhatsApp or come with their Code (seePoint#3 above).

अभिषेक कार्यक्रम सोमवार 30 अगस्त 2021 को दोपहर 3 बजे से।

दाताओं को दोपहर 3 बजे से 8 बजे के बीच विशिष्ट समय दिया जाएगा, वे उस स्लॉट के दौरान आ सकते हैं और अभिषेक कर सकते हैं। COVID मानदंडों का सख्ती से पालन किया जाएगा।
2- कौन हैं वो डोनर जिन्हें मिलेगा अभिषेक का न्योता?
जिसने भी ११,००० रुपये और उससे अधिक का दान दिया है, वह अल्पा बचात भवन में अभिषेक करने के लिए पात्र है।अभिषेक करने के योग्य दाताओं की सूची https://events.iskconpunecamp.in/ पर दी गई है।आप अपने पात्र दाताओं के लिए इस साइट पर खोज सकते हैं। अगर आपको अपने काउंसलर के नाम से कोई डोनर नहीं मिल रहा है, तो डोनर का नाम सर्च फील्ड में डालें और कोशिश करें। दान जिन्हें अभी तक टैग नहीं किया गया है, वे काउंसलर=NOT TAGGED के अंतर्गत दिखाई देंगे। आपको यहां अपना डोनर मिल सकता है।
3- डोनर को अभिषेक पास कैसे भेजें?
https://events.iskconpunecamp.in/ पर जाएं।दाता खोजें"सेंड अभिषेक पास टू डोनर" पर क्लिक करें और एक व्हाट्सएप विंडो खुलेगी जहां आप व्हाट्सएप के जरिए पास भेज सकते हैं।
4- दाताओं को कौन बुलाएगा?
राजसूया prabhuji के नेतृत्व में भक्तों की एक अलग टीम सभी दानदाताओं को बुलाएगी।काउंसलर या काउंसलर कोऑर्डिनेटर भी डोनर को कॉल कर सकते हैं।
5- अगर डोनर के पास व्हाट्सएप नहीं है तो क्या होगा?
कोई बात नहीं, राजसूया prabhuji की अध्यक्षता वाली कॉलिंग टीम दाता को फोन/ईमेल/एसएमएस पर एक कोड देगी। तब दाता को केवल कोड बताना होता है जब वे सोमवार को अल्पा बचत में आते हैं।
6- अल्पा बचात भवन में क्या होगा?
अपने परिवार के साथ आएंगे डोनरव्हाट्सएप पर उसका अभिषेक पास दिखाएं या उसका कोड बताएं और चेक-इन करेंवह छह स्टालों में से एक पर अभिषेक करेंगे और झूला भी करेंगेExit पर उन्हें उनकी दान श्रेणी के अनुसार एक उपहार (Gift) मिलेगा
7- क्या दाता सेवा कार्यालय से पास प्राप्त कर सकता है?

हाँ, वे सेवा कार्यालय से भौतिक पास प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। ध्यान दें कि एक भौतिक पास की आवश्यकता नहीं है, वे व्हाट्सएप पर अपने अभिषेक पास के साथ आ सकते हैं या अपने कोड के साथ आ सकते हैं (ऊपर बिंदु # 3 देखें)।
