Jain Narrow Fabrics is the flagship company of Jain group and was founded in 1952, manufacturing Elastic tapes & Webbings, based in India at Delhi and Haryana. Being marketed under the brand name VIVIA with continuous modernization of plant equipment, Jain Narrow Fabrics has grown to become a leading manufacturer globally

We assure to provide our products in any colour, width of design according to the customer

We produce 1.5 million meters of Narrow Fabrics (elastic) tapes everyday with all processes including preparation, weaving, knitting, braiding, finishing, testing and QA. Further, we are looking forward for good business relationship with you.

• We only use filtered RO water to process our products so that the PH levels stay neutral and doesnt affect the human skin in any manner.

• The water is the re-harvested and used for various sanitary processes. Keeping our technology & processes up to date, we ensure 0 discharge of any harmful substances in our manufacturing.

• Jain Narrow Fabric’s inhouse training centre gives training to rural women & uneducated youth and help them become skilled labourers

• We plant multiple trees and plants at Jain Narrow Fabric, this by now has given us our very own green belt around our occupied area

Located in capital of India at Delhi, NCR Haryana, Jain Narrow Fabricsfunctions with every amenity and expertise available anywhere in theworld. It has built-up area of 2,00,000 sq.ft. with more than 250 machinesand yield an effective output of 1 million mtrs per day

Infrastructure

We are using KAY, YE TCH, COMEZ, Fei Hong, dahu, prashant texmach,jc, MULLER, JIAYI, JINGYI, SHARP machines for knitting, weaving, covering, braiding, rolling, finishing & packing of elastics tapes and webbings.

A complete design and development facility for designing, scanning,exposing & digital printing is available in-house to eliminate compromisesin quality and delay in production and reduction in costs

Research Development & Testing

Equipped with a state of the art inhouse research developement and testing centre helps us run tests like AEPO, NPEO, Phenolic Yellow & Shrinkage to have the best quality output and generate inhouse reports as per customer requirements

Our designing department is constantly engaged in the creation on newpatterns and designs. Designs & Colours to suit clients specifications and special needs are created by us with multiple options of raw materials Cotton, Polyester, Spun Polyester, Nylon, Rayon, & Bright Polyester. Superior heat-resistant rubber thread and spandex yarn are the base of our Elastic Tapes.

We procure our raw material from leading companies like Rubfilla InternationalLtd., Sanathan Textiles Pvt. Ltd., Indo Rama Synthetics Ltd.,Reliance IndustriesLtd., Modern Petrofils Ltd., Alok Industries Ltd. & B K Dyeing

Our research technicians, with international training and experience, areinvolved in constant research to produce better and superior quality elastics & webbings for greater comfort and durability

Elastics for Ladies & Gents inner wear with lighter smoother textures areconstantly evolved in our research and development department. Longer lasting Fancy Yarns which are economical & effective are also part of our research & innovation.

Thinner and soft elastic and tapes for seamless look and feel are part of our areas of concentration. Research is also focused on effective quality testing to ensure that deviations (if any) remain within permissible limits.The goal isto achieve zero deviation at all times.
