    SEC.49-1. DEFINITIONS.In this chapter:

    (1) ACT means he FederalWater PollutionControl Act, alsoknown as he CleanWaterAct. asamended, 3 U.S.C.1251,et seq.(2) AMENABLE TO TREATMENT means hat a substance:

    (A) doesnot dischargeor interfere with the operationsof the wastewatersystem;(B) is acceptable or streamdischargeand normal sludgedisposalmethodsusedby the city;and(C) does not posea health or safety hreat to city employeesor contractorsperformingworkin the wastewatersystem.

    (3) APPLICANT meansa personwho makesapplication o receivea service rom thedepartment.(4) APPROVAL AUTHORITY means he Director of the TexasCommissionon Environmental

    Quality (TCEQ).(5) AUTHORIZED REPRESENTAIIVE OF THE INDUSTRIAL USER means:

    (A) if the industrialuser s a corporation,(i) the president,secretary treasurer,or a vice-presidentof the corporation n chargeof aprincipal businessunction, or any otherpersonwho performssimilarpolicy or decision-makingfunctionsfor the corporation;or(ii) the managerof oneor moremanufacturing,production,or operating acilities,

    provided the manager s authorized o makemanagementdecisionsgoverning he operationof theregulated acility (Examplesof managementdecisionsor activities nclude,but are not limited to, havingthe explicit or implicit duty to make major capital investment ecommendations, nd initiate and directthese comprehensivemeasureso assure ong-termcompliancewith environmental aws and regulations;having the authority to establisha system o gathercomplete and accurate nformation for individualwastewaterdischargepermit requirements;and having the authority to sign documentsand bind thecorporation n accordancewith corporateprocedures.);(B) if the industrialuser s apartnershipor soleproprietorship,a generalpartnerorproprietor,respectively;

    (3) Interestceaseso accrueon a depositwhen service s discontinued.(4) A depositand accrued nterest, essamountsdue for service,will be returned o thecustomerwhen service s discontinuedunless he deposit s transferred o anotheraddress,eitherat therequestof the customeror asprovided n Subsectionb)(l).(5) Depositsmay be investedor used or capital improvements,but sufficientcashshall be

    accounted or and kept on handto meet the normally anticipated evel of refunds. (Ord. 19201)SEC.49.6. SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS.

    (a) Refund requirements.The director may refund a securitydeposit o the customerwhen thecustomermeets he requirementsof Section49-4(D or meetsall of the following conditions:(1) The customerhasbeen receiving service for 12 continuousmonths.(2) The customerhas acquireda satisfactorycredit history with the department.(3) The customerhasnot madepaymentduring the past 12 monthswith a paymentdevicereturneddue to insuffrcient funds.(4) The customerhas no delinquentbills outstanding.

    (b) Refusalto refund. NotwithstandingSubsection a), the directormay refuse o refund a securitydepositwhere the director determines rom the circumstancesof a customer'saccount hat there is asubstantial isk of financial loss o the department.(c) Review for eligibilitv. Upon the requestof a customer, he director shall review the customer'scredit history to determineeligibility for a refund. The director will makerefunds n the following

    manner:(1) A refundwill normallybe credited o a customer's ill.(2) If a refund is greater han the outstandingbill, the remaining portion of the refund will beapplied o subsequent ills.(3) If a customerno longerhas an accountfor serviceor in specialcircumstances pprovedbythe director,the director may authorizea refund by checkpayable o the customer.     SEC.49.7. PAYMENTS OF FEES FOR SERVICES; DELINQUENCY OFCHARGES; DISCONTINUAI\CE OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE; NOTICEOF DISCONTINUANCE.(a) When chargesare delinquent:bill items. Except where otherwiseprovidedby written contractbetween he customerand the city, charges or services urnishedbecomedelinquent f payment s notreceivedby the departmenton or before the due date, which is 15 daysafter bill rendering. After thedue date, he customermustpay all charges or service,plus a late paymentfee equal to five percentofthe outstandingcharges or service(unless he late payment fee is prohibited,or otherwiseprovided for,in anothercity ordinanceor stateor federal aw). The director shall send he customera monthlv bill

    indicating:(1) the servicedateand he duedate;(2) the amountdue for services endered including all previousdelinquentcharges,plusinterest, f any,still due and owing) if the bill is paid by the due date;and(3) the amountdue for services endered including all previousdelinquentcharges,plusinterest, f any,still due and owing),plus a late paymentfee, if the customer ails to pay the bill by thedue date.

    (b) Bill not received. Failureto receive a bill from the director doesnot relieve a customeror otherperson iable for chargesunder this chapter rom liability for service.(c) Authoritv to discontinueservice. The director may refuseapplicationfor service,discontinueservice,or refuse o restoreservice o:

    (1) a customerwho fails to pay any chargesdue under this chapterwithin sevendaysafter thesending f noticeof discontinuance;(2) a personwho violatesany provisionof:

    (A) Section49-9;(B) Section49-16;(C) Article III or Article IV of this chapter;(D) Article V or Article VI of Chapter32 of this code;(E) Chapter5l or 51A of this code,uponrequestof thebuildingofficial; or(F) the DallasPlumbingCode;

    (3) a personmaking application or service o property at an address,f the personhasdelinquentchargesoutstandingat anotheraddress;or(4) a customerat anypremisesf the director determines hat a substantialwasteof water, or ahealthhazard, s occurring asa result of leaking damaged,openor disconnectedprivate laterals,pipes,or drainson the premises.

    (d) Cuttinq and plusgingconnections.The director'sauthority to discontinueservice ncludes heright to cut and plug water or wastewaterconnections o private property. The costsof cutting andpluggingconnectionswill be charged o the customer n addition to the delinquentchargesdue.

    (e) Restorationof service. Discontinuedservice will not be restoreduntil the customeror otherpersonwho has or accepts egal responsibility or violations committedor chargesunpaideitherpaysallchargesdue (includingthe charges o restoreconnections),makesarrangementsor paymentsatisfactoryto the director,or, where applicable,ceases iolation of the particular codeprovision in question. Thedecision o restoreservice while delinquentchargesor code violations still exist rests solelywith thedirector.

    (f) Notice of discontinuance.The directormustnotifu a customer n the following mannerbeforediscontinuingserviceunder Subsectionc):(1) The director must send he customerat leastsevendaysadvancewritten notice of pendingdiscontinuance.(2) The noticemust provide a statementof reasons or cutoffand a statementof delinquent

    chargesdue,where applicable. The notice must alsoprovide a time, place and meansby whichthecustomermay cure the delinquencyor violation, or dispute he validity of the reasons or discontinuance.(3) Thenoticemay be servedeither n personor by mail.(4) Additionally, in casesof master-metered partmentsor condominiums, he director mustcausea notice of pendingdiscontinuanceo be postedon the door of eachdwellingunit known to beoccupiedand in a conspicuousplacewithin the propertymanager'soffice or the commonareasof thepremises.

    (g) Exceptions o notice requirement. Subsection f) doesnot apply to discontinuanceof serviceresulting rom a violation of this chapter f the director determines hat immediatediscontinuancesnecessaryo prevent an imminent threat or occurrenceof:(1) harm o the healthor safetyof persons;(2) damage o city or private property; or(3) contaminationof the water system.

    (h) Customer's equest o discontinue. Upon a customer'swritten request, he director maydiscontinue reatedor untreatedwater service o the customer. Upon receipt of the request, he directormay removethe water meter and serviceconnections.However, the customer s liable for all chargesincurred prior to removal of the meter. Where service s furnished hroughmore than one meter,thecustomermay requestdiscontinuanceof one or more metersand thereafterbe billed on the basisof theremainingmeteror meters.

    (D Cumulativeremedies. Enforcementof this section doesnot waive any additionalremedies,civilor criminal,available o the city under aw. (ord. Nos. 1920120215;20653:26961\SEC. 49-8. NEW APPLICATION FOR PREMISES WITH DELINQUENTCHARGES.

    (a) When new applicationnot accepted.Where service hasbeendiscontinued, efusedor postedfor discontinuanceat apremisesdue to nonpaymentof delinquentchargesor a violation of this code,anew applicationwill not be accepted rom anotherperson o resumeservice n the sameplaceunderanothernameso ong as he previouscustomercontinues o occupy or own the premisesas his residenceor placeof businessuntil:(1) all delinquentchargesare paid;(2) alrangementsor paymentsatisfactory o the director are made;or(3) the violation s abated.

    welfareof the person equestingt.(4) The health,safety, andwelfare of other personsmust not be adverselyaffectedby grantingthe variance.

    (e) Revocationof variances. The director may revoke a variancegrantedwhen the directordetermineshat:(1) the conditionsof Subsection d) are not beingmet or areno longerapplicable;(2) the terms of the complianceagreementarebeing violated; or(3) the health,safety,or welfareof otherpersonsequires evocation.     Sf.C. 49-22. TEMPORARY DISCONTINUANCE FOR CONSTRUCTION,MAINTENANCE OR EMERGENCY REASONS.(a) Reasonsor temporarydiscontinuance.The director is authorized o temporarily discontinue

    service o premises or the following reasons:(1) when a main break or other failure in the water or wastewatersystemscould injure persons,private or city property,or otherpartsof the systems;(2) to perform routine maintenanceor repair to any part of the water or wastewatersystems;(3) to perform emergencymaintenanceor repair to any part of the water or wastewatersystems;(4) in other casesof emergency,when necessaryo protect the generalhealth, safety or welfareofpersons; r(5) to make a connection o a newly constructedor relocatedwater or wastewatermain.

    (b) Responsibilities pon temporarvdiscontinuance.In all casesof temporarydiscontinuance,hedirectormust restoreserviceas soonas s practical and must take all reasonablestepsnecessaryoprotect he publichealthand safetyunder he circumstances.ord. 19201)SEC.49-23. AUTIIORIZED EMPLOYEES; RIGHT OF ACCESS OFEMPLOYEES FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE: ACCESS OFCONTRACTORS.

    (a) Authorizedemplovees.The director shalldesignatehose ndividualswho are employed by thedepartmentand authorizedto carrya credentialof the department. No personother than an authorizedemployeeshall haveor use any credentialof the department.An employeemust surrendercredentials othe director upon terminationof employmentor at the requestof the director.(b) Right to access. An authorizedemployeeshall carry a credentialwhen dealing with the generalpublic. Upon presentationof the credential,an authorizedemployeeshall have free access,atreasonablehours, o private premises eceivingservice, or the purposeof readingor inspectinga watermeter,a backflow preventiondeviceor for other service-relatedactivities. Only an authorizedemployeemay have free accesso partsof the water and wastewatersystems or purposesof operation,

    (c) Administrativesearchwarrants. The municipal court shallhave the power to issue o thedirector or city environmentalhealth officer administrativesearchwarrants,or other processallowedbylaw, wherenecessaryo aid in enforcingthis article.(d) Penalties.A personwho violatesany provisionof thisarticleor any term or conditionof anindustrialwastedischargepermit grantedpursuant o this article is guilty of a separateoffense or eachday or portion of a day during which the violation is continued.Each offense s punishablebv a fine of

    not ess han$1,000or more han$2,000.(e) Criminal responsibilitv. A person s criminally responsibleor a violation of this article if thepersonknowingly,recklessly,ntentionally,or with criminal negligence:

    (1) commitsor assistsn the commission f a violation,or causes r permitsanotherperson ocommit a violation; or(2) owns or manageshe property or facilities determined o be the causeof the illegal dischargeunderSection49-43,49-44,49 46, 49-55.6, r 49-55.7

    (f) Civil actions. This article or the termsand conditionsof a dischargepermit grantedpursuant othis articlemaybe enforcedby civil courtactionasprovidedby stateor federal aw. (Ord.Nos. 19201;19682;21409;26925;28084)SEC. 49-43. CERTAIN WASTESPROIIIBITED IN THE WASTEWATERSYSTEM.

    (a) Generalprohibitions. A personshall not discharge nto the wastewatersystem,or causeorpermit to be dischargednto the wastewatersystem,any pollutant that causesa pass hrough orinterference.(b) Specificprohibitions. A personshallnot discharge,or causeor permit to be discharged,any ofthe following pollutants nto the wastewatersystem:

    (l) Inflows or infiltration, as llustratedby, but not limited to, storm water, groundwater, roofrun-off, subsurfacedrainage,a downspout,a yard drain, ayard fountain or pond, or lawn spray.(2) Wastewateror industrial waste generatedor producedoutside he city, unlessapproval nwriting from the director hasbeengiven to the persondischarginghe waste.(3) A liquid or vaporhavinga temperature igher han 150 degrees ahrenheit 65 degreesCentigrade).(4) Gasoline,kerosene,naphtha, uel oil, vapors,or any other pollutant that createsa fire orexplosionhazard n the wastewatersystem,ncludingbut not limited to industrialwastewith a closedcupflashpointof less han 140degrees ahrenheit 60 degreesCentigrade).(5) A pollutant that will causecorrosivestructuraldamage o the wastewatersystem,unless heportion of the wastewatersystemdirectly or indirectly receiving he discharges specificallydesigned oaccommodatehe corrosivedischarge.(6) Usedmotor oil.

    (7) A solid or viscouspollutant in amounts hat will causeobstruction o the flow in thewastewatersystem, esulting n interference.(8) Heat in quantities hat will cause he temperature o exceed104 degreesFahrenheit 40degreesCelsius)at anypoint in the wastewatersystemor will otherwise nhibit biological activity in thewastewatersystem,unless he director expresslyapprovesalternate emperature imits in the discharger'sindustrialwastedischargepermit.(9) Solidor liquid substancesn quantitiescapableof causingobstruction o the flow inwastewatermains or other interferencewith the proper operationof the wastewatersystemas llustratedby, but not limited to, ashes, inders,sand,mud, straw,shavings,metal, glass, ags, eathers, ar, plastics,wood, whole blood,paunchmanure,hair and fleshings,entrails, ime slurry, ime residues,slops,chemicalresidues,and paint residuesor bulk solids,exceptwhen such tems as ime slurry or limeresiduesare used n the treatmentof combinedstormand wastewaterduring stormrunoff.(10) A pollutant capableof forming a toxic gas,vapor,or fume in a quantity that may cause,eitherby itself or by interactionwith other wastehazard to life or acuteemployeehealthor safetyproblems.(11) Garbagehat is not properlyshredded sdefined n Section49-l(81).(I2) Exceptwhere the director has determined hat different limits under an industrialwastedischargepermit are appropriate,wastewaterexceeding200m/L of oils, fats,and grease measuredastotal oil andgrease).(13) A substance avinga pH value ower than 5.5 or higlrer han 10.5.(14) Radioactivematerials n a manner hat will permit a transientconcentrationhigher than 100microcuries per liter.(15) Unusual asteor odorproducingsubstances,nlesspretreated o a concentrationacceptable o the director so that the materialdoesnot:

    (A) causedamage o collection facilities;(B) impair the city's treatmentprocesses;(C) incur treatmentcostsexceeding hoseof normal wastewater;(D) renderthe water unfit for streamdisposalor industrialuse; or(E) createa public nuisance.

    (16) A dischargeof water, normal domesticwastewater,or industrialwastethat in quantity offlow exceeds,or a durationof longer than 15minutes,more than four timesthe average24-hour flowduring normaloperation.(17) Without the approvalof the director,a substance r pollutant other than industrialwaste,normal domesticwastewater,septic ank waste,or chemical oilet waste hat is of a toxic or hazardousnature,regardless f whether or not it is amenable o treatment, ncludingbut not limited to bulk orpackagedchemicalproducts.

    (18) Except at dischargepoints authorizedby this chapter,or by regulationspromulgatedby thedirector that are not in conflict with this chapteror other laws,wastewateror a pollutant that is truckedor hauled.(19) Any otherpollutant,substance, r materialnot amenableo treatment,or of aconcentrationor quantity sufficient to harm the wastewatersystem,as determinedby the director.

    (c) Local limits. The following local pollutant limits are establishedo protect againstpass hroughand interference.The limits apply at the point where the wastewater s dischargedo the wastewatersystem.The director may imposemass imitations in addition to, or in placeof, the concentration-basedlimitations.All concentrations or metallic substances re for total metalunless ndicatedotherwise.Nopersonmay dischargewastewatercontainingpollutants n the form of compoundsor elementswith totalconcentrationsexceeding he following uniform concentrationand contributory flow limits:(1) Uniform concentration imits for all wastewaterexceptfor wastewaterdischargedo theTrinitv River Authoritv central Regionalwastewater TieatmentPlant.

    (1) a specificnumeric local dischargeimit to preventpass hrouglror interferenceexistsunderthis section or eachpollutant in the person'swastewaterdischarge hat causedpass hroughorinterferenceand the person'swastewaterdischargewas in compliancewith the applicablespecific localdischargeimit for eachpollutant directly prior to and during the pass hroughor interference;or

    (2) if a specificnumeric local discharge imit doesnot exist under this section or the pollutant inquestion, he person'swastewaterdischargedid not changesubstantially n nature or in constituentpartsfrom the person'sprior wastewaterdischargeswhen the city was regularly in compliancewith its TexasPollutant DischargeElimination Systempermit and, n the caseof interference,with applicable ederalrequirements or wastewatersludgeuseor disposal.(e) Enforcementactions. If a persondischarges substancento the wastewatersystem n

    violation of this section, ails to comply with the reportingrequirementsof this article, or falsifiesorimproperly alterspretreatment ecords equiredunder Section 49-51, he director may take any of thefollowing actions:(l) Suspend ischarge.After informal notice, immediatelysuspendor halt an industrialuser'sdischarge.(2) Terminateservice. Terminatewater and wastewaterservice o the premises rom which thesubstancewas discharged.(3) Suspend r revokepermit. If the personwas dischargingwastewaterpursuant o anindustrialwastedischargepermit issuedunder Section 49-46, evoke or suspend he permit.(4) Requirepretreatment. By administrativeorder, where applicable,or by other authorizedmeans, equirepretreatmentor control of the quantitiesand ratesof dischargeof wastewater o bring thedischargewithin the limits established y this section.(5) Criminal or civil enforcement.

    (A) Requesta court of competenturisdiction to assess civil fine against he industrialuserin an amountof not less han $1,000.The fine will be assessedn a per-violation, er-daybasis. n thecaseof monthly or other long-termaveragedischarge imit violations,the fine will be assessedor eachday during the period of violation. In addition, the city may seek o recover the remediationand clean-upcosts rom the industrialuser,and the costsof preparingand bringing the enforcementaction. Indetermining he amountof the fine, the court may consider he following:

    (i) The extent of the harm causedby the violation.(ii) The magnitudeand duration of the violation.(iii) Any economicbenefit gainedby the industrialuser as a result of the violation.(iv) The timing and natureof any corrective actions akenby the industrial user.

    (v) The compliancehistory of the industrialuser.(vi) The provisionsof the enforcement esponseplan.(vii) Any other information deemed elevantby the court.

    (B) Bring a criminal or any other civil enforcementaction as authorized n Section49-42.(0 Administrativeauthoritv of director. The director has the authority to do any of the following toensurecompliancewith this chapter:

    (1) Notice of violation. The directormay serve a written notice of violation. This doesnotprevent the director from taking any action, ncluding an emergencyaction or any other enforcementaction,without first issuinga notice of violation.(2) Consentor administrativeorders. The directormay enter nto consentorders, assurances fcompliance,or other similar documentsestablishingan agreementwith an industrialuser responsible ornoncompliance.The agreementmust includespecificaction to be taken by the industrialuserto correctthe noncompliancewithin a time period specified n the agreement.The agreementhas the same orceand effect as he administrativeorders ssuedpursuant o Sectiona9-a3@)@)and is udiciallyenforceable.(3) Show causehearinq. The directormay order an industrialuser that has violated, orcontinues o violate, any provision of this chapter,an individual wastewaterdischargepermit, or anyother pretreatmentstandardor requirement, o appearbefore the director and show causewhy theproposedenforcementaction shouldnot be taken.Notice mustbe served on the industrialuserspecifzing he time andplace for the meeting, he proposedenforcementaction, the reasons or suchaction,and a request hat the industrialuser showcausewhy the proposedenforcementaction shouldnot be taken.A show causehearing s not a bar against,or prerequisite or, taking any other actionagainst he industrialuser.(4) Complianceorders. When the director finds that an industrialuser hasviolated,or continuesto violate, any provision of this chapteror any otherpretreatmentstandardor requirement, he directormay issuean order to the industrialuser responsible or the dischargedirecting that the industrialusercome nto compliancewithin a specified ime. If the industrialuser does not come nto compliancewithinthe time provided,wastewaterservice may be discontinuedunlessadequate reatment acilities, devices,or other relatedappurtenances re installedandproperly operated. ssuanceof a complianceorder is nota bar against,or a prerequisite or, takingany other action against he industrialuser.(5) Ceaseand desistorders. When the director finds that an industrialuser hasviolated,orcontinues o violate, any provision of this chapteror any otherpretreatmentstandardor requirement,or

    that the industrialuser'spastviolationsare ikely to recur, the director may issuean order to theindustrialuserdirecting t to ceaseand desistall such violationsand directing the industrialuser to:(A) immediatelycomply with all requirements;and(B) take suchappropriate emedialor preventiveactionas may be needed o properlyaddressa continuingor threatenedviolation, includinghalting operationsand terminating he discharge.Issuanceof a ceaseand desistorder is not a bar against,or a prerequisite or, taking any other actionagainst he industrialuser.

    (2) the operatorof which haswritten permission rom the director to operate he vehicle withinthe city. (Ord.Nos. 19201;26925;23084)SEC. 49-45. RIGHT OF ENTRY OF FEDERAL, STATE,AND CITYEMPLOYEES.

    The following officials,bearingproper credentialsand dentification, shallbe permitted to gain accessto propertiesas may be necessaryor the purposeof inspection,observation,measurement, ampling,and testing n accordancewith the provisionsof this article:(l) Authorizedrepresentatives f the EPA and TCEQ.(2) The director,the city environmentalhealthofficer, andother duly authorizedemployeesof

    the city. (Ord.Nos. 19201;26925;28084)SEC. 49-46. PERMITS REQUIRED FOR DISCHARGE OF INDUSTRIALWASTE APPLICATIONS ; E)GMPTIONS.

    (a) Permit required. A significant ndustrialuser commitsan offense f he discharges, r allows thedischargeof, industrialwaste nto the wastewatersystemwithout obtainingand maintaininga validsignificant ndustrialuserpermit from the director.(b) Applicationprocedures.

    (l) Application for a permit requiredunder Subsectiona) mustbe madeto the director upon aform provided for the purpose.(2) The applicationmust contain:

    (A) a descriptionof the activities, structures,equipment,and plant processes n thepremises,ncluding a list of all raw materialsand chemicalsused or storedat the facilitv that are.orcould be, dischargednto the wastewatersystem;(B) the siteplans, loor plans,and mechanicaland plumbingplansof the facility withsuflicient detail to show all sewers, loor drains,and appurtenances y size,location,and elevation, and

    all pointsof discharge;(C) the numberand type of employeesand proposedor actual hoursof operationof thefacility;(D) a list of eachproductproducedby type, the amountof the product produced, he processor processes sed o produce he product,and he rateofproduction;(E) the type and amountof raw materialsprocessed averageand maximum per day);

Where deviceand equipment such asprocesstanks, filters, drips andboil-ers dischargenonpotable water to the building drainagesystem, the discharge shall be through an ndirect wastepipe bymeans of an air break or an air gap.802.1.6 Domestic dishwashing machines. Domesticdishwashing machines shall discharge ndirectly through aair gup or air break into a standpipe or waste receptor inaccordance with Section 802.2, or discharge intowye-branch fitting on the tailpiece of the kitchen sink ff thdishwasher connection of a food waste grinder. The wastline of a domestic dishwashing machine discharging into kitchen sink tailpiece or food wastegrinder shall connect ta deck-mounted air gap or the waste line shall rise and bsecurely fastenendto the underside of the sink rim or counter.802.1,7 Commercial dishwashing machines. The discharge from a commercial dishwashing machine shall bthrough an air gap or air break into a standpipe or wastreceptor n accordancewith Section802.2.

    802.2 Installation. All indirect waste piping shall dischargthough an air gap or air break into a waste receptor ostandpipe.Waste receptors and standpipesshall be trapped anvented and shall connect to the building drainage system. Alindirect wastepiping that exceeds2 feet (610 mm) in deveoped ength measuredhorizontally, or 4 feet(1219 mm) in totadeveloped length, shall be trapped.

    802.2.1Air gap. The air gap between the indirect waspipe and the flood level rim of the wastereceptor shall be minimum of twice the effective opening of the indirecwastepipe.802.2.2Air break. An air break shall be provided betweethe indirect wastepipe andthe tap sealof the waste receptoor standpipe.

    802.3 Waste receptors. Every waste receptor shall be of aapproved type. A removable strainer or basket shall cover thwaste outlet of waste receptors. Waste receptors shall binstalled in ventila
